Welcome to BeRank1. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the BeRank1 website, business profiles, visibility features, contribution-based ranking system and related services.
By registering an account, creating a business profile, making a contribution or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before using the platform or making a payment.
BeRank1 is a business visibility platform designed to help businesses establish an online presence through business profiles, public visibility and a contribution-based ranking system.
Depending on the applicable eligibility requirements and platform rules, businesses may access Rotational Visibility or participate in contribution-based rankings. These are different visibility mechanisms and are subject to the conditions described in these Terms and on our Visibility Rules page.
BeRank1 is a visibility platform. It does not guarantee business success, sales, leads, enquiries, website traffic or any particular commercial outcome.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use BeRank1. If you create or manage a profile on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted by you is accurate, lawful and up to date.
Creating an account, submitting a business registration and completing email verification do not, by themselves, require a payment.
After successful registration and email verification, you may log in and access the options available through your dashboard, including Rotational Visibility and contribution-based ranking options, where available.
Registration or email verification does not automatically guarantee eligibility for Rotational Visibility, a numbered ranking position or any particular level of exposure.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of the information displayed on your business profile, including your business name, description, category, contact details, website and social media links.
You must not submit false, deceptive, unlawful, infringing or misleading information. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logo, image, text or other material submitted to BeRank1.
BeRank1 may review, correct, restrict or remove information where reasonably necessary to address inaccurate information, suspected misuse, legal requirements or a breach of these terms.
You are responsible for activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law. Do not share your login credentials with unauthorised persons or attempt to access another user's account.
BeRank1 may implement verification and security measures to protect accounts, payments, business information and the integrity of the platform.
Registration and email verification are free. After verification and login, you may choose an available visibility option from your dashboard. A payment is required only when you choose a paid option.
The Rotational Visibility option requires a verified cumulative contribution of exactly ₹299 to qualify under the applicable rotation rules.
If a business's verified cumulative contribution becomes greater than ₹299, that business no longer qualifies for the ₹299 Rotational Visibility group. It is then handled under the platform's contribution-based ranking rules.
A business's eligibility and placement may change when its verified cumulative contribution changes or when the platform updates its visibility and ranking records in accordance with the applicable rules.
Contribution-based rankings are determined using the business's verified cumulative contribution, subject to these Terms & Conditions and the published Visibility Rules.
To target Rank #1, the required cumulative contribution is calculated as the current Rank #1 business's verified cumulative contribution plus an additional 10%.
The additional contribution required from an existing business may be less than ₹299. The ₹299 Rotational Visibility amount is not a mandatory minimum for every subsequent contribution or ranking upgrade.
Where businesses have equal verified cumulative contributions, the standard tie-breaking rule is that the business with the lower business ID ranks first, subject to any specific rule published for qualifying simultaneous payments or other exceptional situations.
Ranking positions and contribution targets may change when a payment is verified, when the current Rank #1 contribution changes, or when the platform processes a ranking update. The amount shown in your dashboard at the time of the transaction is the relevant displayed amount for that transaction, subject to verification and the applicable rules.

Payments for paid BeRank1 options are processed through the payment methods made available on the platform. Your payment is not treated as a verified contribution for ranking or Rotational Visibility eligibility until the platform has received and verified the applicable payment confirmation.
Payment-related matters will be handled in accordance with applicable law, the relevant payment provider's terms and any applicable refund policy.
Contributions are made to access the applicable BeRank1 visibility or ranking features. Because rankings and visibility may change over time, a contribution does not purchase a guaranteed permanent position or a guaranteed commercial result.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, will be assessed in accordance with the relevant payment terms, any published BeRank1 refund policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict a refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, charged more than once or debited for a transaction that was not completed, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.
BeRank1 provides visibility and ranking features according to the applicable platform rules. We do not guarantee that any business will achieve or retain Rank #1 or another particular position for any specified duration.
We do not guarantee a particular number of profile views, website visits, enquiries, leads, customers, sales, revenue or business growth.
Rotational Visibility is subject to the rotation mechanism, eligibility requirements, technical operation and availability of the platform. It does not guarantee continuous display or a fixed amount of exposure.
You remain responsible for your own business decisions, products, services, customer communications and commercial outcomes.
Business profile information intended for public display may be visible to website visitors. You should not submit confidential or sensitive personal information in fields intended to be publicly displayed.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
By submitting business information for public display, you understand that the relevant information may be displayed on the platform as part of your business profile and visibility features.
You agree not to use BeRank1 in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful to the platform, its users or third parties.
BeRank1 may restrict, suspend, deactivate or remove an account or business profile where reasonably necessary to address a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, unlawful activity, security concerns, fraudulent transactions, misuse of the platform, inaccurate business information or a legal obligation.
If a business permanently closes its operations, the business owner is responsible for informing BeRank1 by emailing support@berank1.com and requesting the removal of the business profile from the platform.
If the business owner does not provide such notification, BeRank1 reserves the right to conduct periodic reviews and verification of business profiles. If a business appears to have permanently closed, become inactive or no longer meets the platform's eligibility requirements, BeRank1 may deactivate or remove its profile following such review.
These measures are intended to maintain the accuracy, reliability and relevance of business information displayed on BeRank1. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, BeRank1 may seek clarification or verification from the business owner before taking action.
Any suspension, restriction, deactivation or removal will remain subject to applicable law and any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The BeRank1 name, branding, website design, platform features, software and original content are owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially exploited without appropriate authorisation, except as permitted by law.
You retain responsibility for the content and materials you submit to your business profile and must ensure that you have the necessary rights to use them.
By submitting a business name, logo, description, image, website link or other profile material, you authorise BeRank1 to host, reproduce, format, display and use that material as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain and promote your business profile and the platform's services.
This permission is limited to those platform-related purposes and does not transfer ownership of your content to BeRank1. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to grant this licence.
We may resize, reformat or make technical adjustments to submitted material to display it properly. Content may be removed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms.
BeRank1 may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment providers or other services. These services are operated by third parties and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
BeRank1 does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, policies or practices. This does not limit any responsibility imposed on BeRank1 by applicable law.
We aim to keep BeRank1 available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems, network interruptions, security measures or third-party service issues may temporarily affect the platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BeRank1 will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, loss of business opportunity, or a change in ranking or visibility. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
You should not rely on a particular ranking position or visibility level as a guarantee of revenue, leads, sales or other business outcomes.
BeRank1 may update, improve, modify or discontinue features, technical processes or parts of the platform when reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal or business reasons.
Where a change materially affects a paid feature or an existing user's rights, we will handle the change in accordance with applicable law and provide notice where required.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, business model, legal requirements or operational practices.
The updated version will be published on this page with the applicable effective or updated date. Where legally required, or where a material change reasonably calls for notice, we will provide appropriate notification.
Your continued use of BeRank1 after updated terms become effective will be subject to the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the affected services and contact us if you have questions about an existing transaction or account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.
Any dispute relating to BeRank1 will be addressed by the competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a user of any mandatory legal right to approach a competent consumer forum or other authority where such a right applies.
